Menus and First scenes

Hello!

This week we create the first scenes about the main character and the first enemy, also we did the start menu with the buttons "Start", "Credit" and "Exit" and pause menu with the buttons "Resume", "Restart" and "Main Menu".  From the above buttons, only the credit display is missing. 

In addition, the movements of the main character are already working:

• Jump using W key
• Move right using D key
• Move left using A key
